You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the community.

5. Points & Rewards System

Bluxel Community features a contribution-based Points System where users can earn points for meaningful participation, such as:

• Starting discussions
• Answering questions
• Sharing resources
• Participating in challenges and forums

Please Note:

• Points may be redeemable for services, features, or digital rewards.
• Bluxel Group reserves the right to adjust, revoke, or reset points in cases of abuse, cheating, or misconduct.
• Points have no cash value unless otherwise stated in future monetization programs.

6. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Bluxel Community at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your behavior threatens the integrity or security of the Platform.
• We are required to do so for legal or security reasons.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bluxel Community is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• That content posted by other users is accurate, reliable, or safe.
• That you will achieve any specific outcome through your participation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluxel Africa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
