Welcome to Bluxel Community (the “Platform”), an initiative by Bluxel Group dedicated to empowering people through open discussion, knowledge exchange, and professional networking. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post. However, by posting on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the community.
5. Points & Rewards System
Bluxel Community features a contribution-based Points System where users can earn points for meaningful participation, such as:
- Starting discussions
- Answering questions
- Sharing resources
- Participating in challenges and forums
Please Note:
- Points may be redeemable for services, features, or digital rewards.
- Bluxel Group reserves the right to adjust, revoke, or reset points in cases of abuse, cheating, or misconduct.
- Points have no cash value unless otherwise stated in future monetization programs.
6. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Bluxel Community at any time, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your behavior threatens the integrity or security of the Platform.
- We are required to do so for legal or security reasons.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bluxel Community is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- That content posted by other users is accurate, reliable, or safe.
- That you will achieve any specific outcome through your participation.
Use the platform at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluxel Africa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Platform.
- Unauthorized access to your account or data.
- Content posted by users or third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
